The Board of the Netherlands Competition Authority concludes that the operation to which the licence application relates falls within the scope of merger control governed by chapter 5 of the Competition Act. The Board is of the opinion that the proposed merger will not result in the emergence of a dominant position or the strengthening of a dominant position that appreciably restricts actual competition on the Dutch market or a part thereof.
