The Netherlands Competition Authority (NMa) has conditionally approved the creation of the joint-venture Reggefiber Group B.V. by the Dutch telecom provider KPN and optical-fiber company Reggefiber. These conditions include, amongst others, an obligation to provide non-discrimatory open access to the network of Reggefiber Group, a functional and operational separation between KPN and Reggefiber Group and a price cap.
